The fraternity is definitely not a networking organization. Every once in a while a guy slips in who thinks otherwise and he is usually extremely disappointed. The lodge is not for exchanging business cards and you are not likely to benefit from it in that regard. If you are thinking of joining for that reason, save yourself and everyone else a whole lot of wasted time.
