Women can join a regular masonic lodge.

Freemasonry has always been an organization for men and it is a cornerstone of the fraternity. Although there are organizations that admit women and style themselves like the fraternity, they are not recognized by any regular freemasons. This remains a universal constant among all recognized lodges in the world. There are sister organizations such as the Eastern Star that women can join however membership in such organizations does not make it's members Freemasons.
